“Kevin” has not had an eye examine for many years. Due to an unstable family situation, he has been shuffled around quite a bit in his life and is currently living with guardians. Kevin is a gifted athlete at his high school and does well, but has shared with teachers that he has a hard time seeing. He has even borrowed eyeglasses from others to try to help his situation.
