And on May 5, NCFPSC is holding it’s 2017 Champions for Children’s Gala.  It’s taking place at the the Pavilion at Angus Barn.  Cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m.  During the event, they will honor community partners they say are key in helping children succeed including Governor Roy Cooper, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina & Mr. Brad Wilson, Bishop Hope Morgan Ward, The Holt Brothers and Communities in Schools.
