SNCAE Outreach to Teach

On February 25, 2017, members of the Student North Carolina Association of Educators (SNCAE) along with volunteers from the Alamance-Burlington Association of Educators will join together to offer assistance to a public elementary school in need located in the Alamance-Burlington Community. We will be working together as we pursue our goal of an Extreme School Makeover! *The North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is sponsoring this project.

SNCAE is a membership organization of college students from across the state preparing to become education professionals and is affiliated with the North Carolina Association of Educators. This will be our fifth annual Outreach to Teach project, a yearly event hosted by SNCAE.

Some of the projects we hope to accomplish include: painting hallways and classrooms, landscaping, a renovation of the teacher’s lounge, painting murals, and more. The amount of help we can offer to this school depends on the assistance and funds raised before the event.

We hope that you will consider one of the tax-deductible contributions listed on the Donation Form below.

Cash donations may be paid here by Paypal, credit or debit card.
